Full Exposure – Polished concrete
The owners of this property wanted a Nil Exposure Finish so that they could see the flecks of green glass which had been hand seeded into the concrete.
Unfortunately the concrete was finished at a very poor standard so we had to grind to Full Exposure to achieve a flat livable floor.
To avoid these sorts of problems it is essential that we talk to concreters first before a slab is poured so that they understand what we require to achieve the owner's desired finish.
